6. Specific Terms

Online Orders: Orders are held until 6am the following day for cancellation. After that, production begins and the order cannot be canceled.

Customer Changes: Contact us within 24 hours. Changes may affect price/delivery. After production starts, no changes or cancellations are accepted.

8. Delivery and Responsibilities
